"Summer" Mezuzah

Mezuzah made from polymer clay, shaped as a slim, slightly rounded case with a smooth matte finish. The base color is warm cream, providing a soft, neutral background that highlights the decorative motif. Centered on the front is a finely detailed tree in full summer bloom: a textured trunk in warm brown with subtle grooves to suggest bark, branching into a lush canopy of leaves and blossoms. Leaves are layered in varying shades of green—olive, leaf, and spring—giving depth and movement. Small, delicate flowers in pale pink and soft white dot the canopy, some with tiny raised centers to catch light.

Edges of the mezuzah are gently beveled and lightly sanded for a hand-finished look. The top and bottom are sealed cleanly, with a narrow band of the base color visible to frame the artwork. The back has a shallow channel to hold the scroll. Overall dimensions are slim enough to fit standard doorpost spaces while allowing the tree design to remain the focal point.

This Mezuzah case is made from polymer clay. It is 4 inches long, 1 inch wide and 3/4 inch deep. It can be affixed with a double sided clear tape which is included.

This case has an open top, thus would not be appropriate for an area exposed to rain.

Mezuzahs are placed on the right side of all the doors of your home (not bathrooms) including the entry to the home or apartment. It is placed where the top third and the bottom 2/3’s of the height of the doorframe meet and at a slant where the top of the case points into the room.

As this is a handmade item, all are slightly different.
